Volunteer


Running a Sanctuary takes two very important things: money and people. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we rely
on donations of money or in-kind gifts. But equally important are the people who give generously of their time, talents and
efforts and play a vital role in the operation of Dog Lodge.

Dogs come to Dog Lodge from a variety of backgrounds – the majority of our dogs have special needs. Whether you give your time to work directly with our residents or to help
with facility projects; whether you volunteer your time to work in our office, in our outreach programs or to participate in
fund-raising activities; you will be a part of something very special. Here is an opportunity to feel the pleasure and
fulfillment that helping animals brings. Here is an opportunity to make a difference in their lives.
